The goal of Cat Association of Topeka is to make the best match taking into consideration the cat's background and your family's needs and lifestyle. Every cat is different: personality, temperament, energy, comfort with kids and other animals, medical needs and more. We take all these factors into consideration when making a furever-home match. We are very careful about the placements we make. We do our best to match the right cat with the right adoptive home because we want this to be the cat’s permanent home.
We appreciate you wanting to bring a cat into your home. In order for us to find the right cat for you, we need you to come in and visit us and complete an adoption application.
Your application will be reviewed and if we have any questions or concerns, we will contact you for clarity.
Our Kennel Manager will meet with you and introduce you to cats that may be a good fit for you and your family. We would also be open to discussing cats in our care that you are specifically interested in.
